Paddy is the Founder and Managing Director of North Search and leads the company with a focus on strategy, client development, search outcomes and relationship management.

Paddy thrives on the challenge of a highly technical or skillset-scarce search, channeling his natural curiosity and desire to deliver. 20 years’ experience in technical and executive search give him a unique insight into the development, delivery and management of major assets in the public and private sectors.

Making his first placement on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link in 1999, Paddy has gone on to deliver search mandates across Finance and Investment, Energy and Renewables, Building and Infrastructure, Advisory, and Not-For-Profit.

Paddy graduated from the University of the West of England with a BA (Hons) in Politics and Economics and more recently has gained an Advanced Certificate in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting from Cornell University.
