Paddy is the Founder and Managing Director of North Search and leads the company with a focus on strategy, client development, search outcomes and relationship management.
Paddy thrives on the challenge of a highly technical or skillset-scarce search, channeling his natural curiosity and desire to deliver. 20 years’ experience in technical and executive search give him a unique insight into the development, delivery and management of major assets in the public and private sectors.
Making his first placement on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link in 1999, Paddy has gone on to deliver search mandates across Finance and Investment, Energy and Renewables, Building and Infrastructure, Advisory, and Not-For-Profit.
Paddy graduated from the University of the West of England with a BA (Hons) in Politics and Economics and more recently has gained an Advanced Certificate in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting from Cornell University.

Luke is a Principal Search Consultant at North Search, his focus encompasses search, client management and new business. Proactive in nature, he strives to achieve best-practice across his portfolio, working transparently with clients and candidates to achieve a beneficial outcome.
Luke has achieved success through the building and project management space with key industry placements with international brands, Tier 1 builders and consultancies across several of Australia’s most substantial developments both in the public and private realm.
Driven and competitive, Luke has continued his involvement in elite level sports including, AFL, Surf life Saving and Athletics, his desire to improve and achieve extending into formal education at the University of South Australia.

Kim is our Accounts Manager at North Search and a pivotal team member since North Search’s first years. Prior to joining North Search, Kim co-founded a highly successful co-living and property management company in London, she brings that experience and insight to our business and our client solutions.
With an eagle eye for detail Kim also brings structure and support to the team’s tasks that allows us to focus on delivering the desired outcomes.

James is a Search Consultant for North Search, concentrating on Senior and Executive roles throughout the Built Environment, with a focus on Investment & Advisory, Property & Infrastructure and Energy & Resource markets. Diligent and uncompromising in nature, James aims to deliver for clients and candidates alike.
Prior to joining North Search, James developed his competitive nature as a Professional Tennis player, competing in international tournaments in Spain, Turkey and Australia. In addition to time in Insurance and Accounting, James cultivated his entrepreneurial skills with his own start up in the community connection space. He is also currently completing a Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology Sydney.
Since joining, James has worked across a broad range of clients from investment banking, to the Big 4, as well as top tier international contractors. A fantastic communicator, with a great sense of humour, he adds value to our team, our culture, and most importantly, to our clients.

Jess is our most recent addition to the North Search Team working closely with Luke Madsen Maher to deliver for clients in Infrastructure, Property and Project Finance.
Jess comes to North Search as a Search Consultant with fantastic experience in retail and client services, most recently providing solutions to medical doctors with complex insurance needs.
As a dedicated professional with high attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills, Jess is a fantastic addition to the North Search team.
Niamh has recently joined North Search, heading up all things marketing. Niamh arrived in Sydney from Ireland towards the end of 2022, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge within the talent marketing and sales space.
Originally involved in product and agency level digital media marketing, Niamh transitioned to recruitment marketing in 2021.
Passionate about achieving success for the organisation, Niamh is driven to enhance North Search processes and develop an extensive tech stack – ensuring that North Search is the executive search partner of choice across Australia.

Rhiannon is the Head of Delivery for North Search, working closely with our clients and team to ensure a gold standard of excellence and continued development in intelligence and research, execution, and experience.
Prior to joining North Search, Rhiannon spent 15 years partnering with founders, CEOs and senior executives to drive business strategy and support growth through specialised operations, project management, and people enablement across technology, banking, consulting and advisory.
She has worked for organisations such as Canva, Atlassian, ING, and Westfield, and brings a diverse skillset and perspective to the executive search space.A qualified leadership and performance coach, Rhiannon is a trusted executive advisor, and is passionate about unlocking individual potential and team performance.
